Dublin KBF is a 2013 liver chestnut colt by the Elite Hanoverian stallion Dacaprio out of our lovely Hanoverian mare Wienna SH . Dublin craves human interaction, and he has been easy to handle since the day he was born. He floats across the pasture with balanced, lofty gaits, and he struts around like he owns the place. He's just so much fun to be around! His correct conformation and sociable temperament should make him suitable for an amateur or a pro.

Dublin is registered/branded with the American Hanoverian Society, and he was very well received by the judges, earning excellent remarks on conformation and movement.

Dublin's bloodlines read like a Who's Who? of famous warmblood sires. His sire Dacaprio is by Davignon I (a celebrated son of the legendary Donnerhall), and out of a mare by the 1998 Trakehner Stallion of the Year, Caprimond. Dacaprio himself won the German Hanoverian Championships at the age of 3, scoring 8.5 for his canter and four scores of 9 for walk, trot, rideability, and conformation. Throughout his successful career, he was referred to as a "lady's horse" b/c he was exclusively trained and ridden by a 110 lb. woman.

Dacaprio's type and temperament are considered to be an excellent match for mares who have Weltmeyer blood, such as our own Wienna. Dublin's dam is a 16.2 hand black/brown Hanoverian mare by Wolkenglanz (deceased) and out of a mare by Wuemmestern (also deceased). Her bloodlines are now quite rare, and her amazingly docile temperament and substantial bone have certainly transferred to her first foal. We are extremely pleased with this cross, and we will definitely be repeating it in the future!
